I moved here in St. Francis Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare from the hospital, and I've been here for two years now. A lot of people are confined to the bed and everything, but they have some activities some days. They have bingo, entertainment that comes in sometimes, and stuff like that. Sometimes it's slow, but they are hiring people now.

I wittness patients go without meds as well as hot meals. My uncle was a victim of a lack of meds. The staff is not medically trained, anyone can recieve a cpr certificate. I ask could my uncle be moved and was giving a 5 month run around untill he pass. My uncle struggle to breath and it took the staff 35 minute to call a amberlance to take him next door to the ER, his heart stopped at this facility.

The church, designed by famous Renaissance Italian architect Matteo Borgorelli, one of the first Renaissance sacral structures north of the Alps, was intended for Unity's divine services. My mother and my husband’s aunt was at Saint Francis. They got very good care, but we go there every night. It was clean, and the meals weren’t bad.

Church of St. Peter, originally Catholic parish church of the pre-location settlement Vyšší Hrádek, was built probably during rule of Duke Vladislav I. Gothic church was sensitively reshaped in Baroque style during the second half of the 17th century. After 1780, then reopened and used by Piarist order and Institute for Blind People.
And a few of the staff treat the patients like pure shit.. I have no respect for this place not only cause of my love one but because of what i wittness.. They should be shut down indefinitly.. Upon arrival, each resident receives a thorough evaluation to determine their physical, learning and emotional needs.
About Saint Francis Nursing Home
St. Francis Home offers, professional and caring, 24/7 onsite nursing care including RN's, LPN's, and CNA's. My mother-in-law was in St. Francis nursing home and the place was very nice. Her room was spacious enough and the staff were very kind to her. She also got along very well with her roommate. She never complained about not liking it there.
During birthdays, they had a very nice dinner setup where they can bring two guests. They had what they called Captain’s night were the woman got all dressed up like they were going on a ship. They had singing, but I understand it’s not that way now because the Archdiocese put it under someone else’s hands.

St. Francis Home, Rehab and Skilled Nursing Care Center, recognizes not only the physical realities of aging, but also the healing power of prayer. I'm on a wait list in St. Francis for my wife. It looked very well staffed and well managed, and the facility was extremely clean. I've had three other people that I know that have had family members there that highly recommend it.
We cater to the physical, emotional and social needs of each resident by offering the highest level of health care services available. Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 137 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the Grafton Hill area of Worcester. Our campus consists of 63 long-term care beds, including a 16 bed men’s only unit. The center has only private, semi-private and grand semi-private rooms.
Saint Francis Nursing Home is a really great place. It is the best place any elderly person can be. They serve all the meals, including snacks. They also have entertainment once in a while and an activity room where they can watch TV and movies. I like everything about St. Francis, but i enjoy the activities the most.
The staff is very energetic and loving. I'm so happy my sister found this place. I think St. Francis is a wonderful place to live, we have a beautiful chapel and everyone is so nice. 1) A photo of the church is required for visits to a waymark.
Anything you can share will help other families choose the perfect community. The concierge is a hardworking person who gets the job done. She is a valued employee at St. Francis. God bless the staff on the second floor!
